About this role

Loenbro, a national construction services company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its Salt Lake City project office. You'd be the operational backbone of a fast-paced jobsite environment, managing everything from visitor check-ins and phone routing to payroll coordination, onboarding paperwork, and project documentation. The role requires juggling multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy in records that directly impact field operations and compliance.

You'll need 2–5 years of administrative or clerical experience, ideally in construction or industrial settings, along with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of HR and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively across both office and field teams, handle sensitive information professionally, and adapt quickly to shifting demands. Some physical activity is involved—occasional stair and ladder climbing to access jobsite areas—and a valid driver's license may be required depending on role scope.

Loenbro offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, life and disability insurance, and professional development opportunities. This is a full-time, in-office position in Salt Lake City.
