How we prepare our LPNs for success:

We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. We offer a multitude of paid training to our nurses to feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.
BAYADA has clients with available hours in the following areas: Lehigh and Northampton counties.
Available LPN Shifts:
- Morning, evening or overnight
- 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
Requirements:
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for private duty work in the Allentown area, offering the scheduling flexibility many nurses seek. You'd work one-on-one with clients across all ages and diagnoses, with shifts available in 8, 10, or 12-hour blocks as morning, evening, or overnight assignments. The company matches you with cases near your home to minimize commute time, and you have input into your schedule preferences.
The role requires a current U.S. nursing license, completion of a qualified nursing program, and MAR-EPA certification. BAYADA invests in preparing nurses from day one through paid training in the office, home, and online, plus access to adult and pediatric simulation labs and round-the-clock clinical support. You'll use electronic charting via Statewise and work within an accredited, regulated home health provider.
