The role involves hands-on training in all aspects of drywall and related skills like stucco patching and painting, with a clear pathway to becoming a skilled or lead installer as you develop.
The work is physical and takes place in field environments where you'll climb ladders, handle materials up to 50 pounds, and work in confined spaces exposed to weather, dust, and noise. You'll also manage tools and materials, maintain job sites, and communicate with your team and coordinators. Prior construction or drywall experience is preferred but not required—what matters is a strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn and take direction.
