How we prepare our LPNs for success:
- Paid training from day 1 in the office, in the home, and online
- Practice with award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs
- Around the clock clinical support by phone

We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. We offer a multitude of paid training to our nurses to feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.
BAYADA has clients with available hours in the following areas: Carbon, Lehigh and Schuylkill counties.
Available LPN Shifts:
- Morning, evening or overnight
- 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
Requirements:
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for one-on-one private duty cases in the Bethlehem area, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule and shift length. You'd work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts as morning, evening, or overnight assignments—available as PRN, part-time, or full-time—matched to cases in Carbon, Lehigh, and Schuylkill counties to keep your commute short. The role involves caring for clients across all age groups and acuity levels, from pediatric to adult patients.
BAYADA invests in preparing nurses to succeed from day one through paid training in the office, home, and online, plus access to simulation labs and around-the-clock clinical phone support. You'll use electronic charting via Statewise and receive comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, PTO accrual, and a 401K.
