About this role

BAYADA Hospice is seeking Registered Nurses for two distinct roles serving patients throughout Vermont. RN Case Managers provide direct clinical care and support to hospice patients in their homes, while Clinical Managers focus on clinical oversight, team development, and community relationships. Both positions are full-time and based in Norwich, with the flexibility to create your own schedule while working independently as part of a collaborative team.

The work centers on palliative care—helping patients maintain comfort and dignity while remaining at home with their families. You'll conduct skilled nursing visits, monitor patient conditions, communicate with an interdisciplinary team, and adjust care based on changing needs. The role suits nurses who value meaningful one-on-one relationships and prefer quality-focused care over high-volume productivity demands.

You'll need an active Vermont RN license, a minimum of one year of recent RN experience, and strong assessment and communication skills. Prior hospice experience is preferred for Clinical Managers but not required for Case Managers. EMR experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $45–$55 per hour for RN Case Managers and $100,000–$110,000 annually for Clinical Managers. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and professional development opportunities.
