About this role

Attain Sports operates the Frederick Keys, a High-A minor league baseball affiliate, and this internship offers hands-on exposure to how a professional sports organization manages its business side. You'd work part-time in the box office during the 2027 season, handling ticket sales and customer service across phone, windows, and digital systems—learning from the Box Office Manager while supporting both gameday operations and seasonal ticketing needs. The role requires you to be enrolled as a college student (sophomore level or higher) pursuing academic credit in Sport Management, Business Management, or Sales, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and a genuine ability to engage fans in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

This internship suits someone who's energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays around the baseball schedule. You'll gain practical skills in ticket sales, group event coordination, customer service standards, and the operational mechanics of a minor league operation—all while being part of an organization that emphasizes community engagement and player development. If you're looking to break into sports management or business with real-world experience before graduation, this is a direct pipeline into that world.
