Our Lehigh Valley Skilled Nursing Office is interested in a nurse who has a passion for care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Meet Our Client:
Our Weatherly-based client would love a nurse who has experience with (or is willing to learn) caring for Cerebral Palsy, lung disease, and gastrostomy.
They need nursing care Monday through Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and/or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Qualifications for a private duty nurse:
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state

About this role
BAYADA's Lehigh Valley Skilled Nursing Office is seeking an LPN for private duty home care in Weatherly, serving a single client with cerebral palsy, lung disease, and gastrostomy care needs. This is a full-time position offering evening and overnight shifts (3 PM–11 PM and/or 11 PM–7 AM, seven days a week) with the flexibility to choose your schedule. Unlike traditional home health visits, you'll build an ongoing relationship with one client, delivering hands-on nursing care, monitoring their condition, executing physician orders, and documenting assessments in their home environment.
The role suits nurses who value autonomy and direct patient relationships. You'll need a current LPN license in good standing and completion of an accredited nursing program. While experience with cerebral palsy, lung disease, or gastrostomy is preferred, BAYADA offers on-the-job training and free courses if you're willing to learn. The company provides weekly paychecks, flexible scheduling, preventive care coverage for all employees, and a $1,200 referral bonus.
