About this role

Arlo Solutions is hiring a Project Manager to work on-site at HHS's Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions in Rockville, supporting the leadership team with enterprise-level project delivery and strategic coordination. You'd own the full lifecycle of cross-organizational initiatives—from planning and scheduling through execution—while also managing operational reporting, performance metrics, and executive engagement. The role requires translating leadership priorities into actionable plans, identifying and resolving roadblocks, and maintaining accountability across multiple stakeholder groups including Center Directors, Division Chiefs, and external partners.

The position demands someone with at least eight years of technical experience and four years managing complex, multimillion-dollar projects in ERP environments, plus an active PMP certification. You'll need strong analytical and communication skills to prepare executive briefings, maintain action trackers, and coordinate resources across organizational boundaries with minimal direction. A Public Trust clearance is required, and prior experience supporting federal acquisition organizations or HHS is preferred but not essential.

This is a contract role suited to a seasoned project manager comfortable in federal environments who can balance multiple competing priorities, work independently, and translate between technical teams and executive leadership.
