Onsite Supervisor

Verstela is looking for an Onsite Supervisor to manage a team at a high-volume client site in Las Vegas. You'll split your time between direct supervision of on-site staff and collaboration with the local branch, handling everything from performance management and issue resolution to conducting interviews and running new hire orientations. The role demands strong communication and leadership skills, particularly the ability to have difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy. Prior recruiting experience isn't necessary—you'll receive comprehensive training—but you do need at least one year of supervisory or lead experience in a customer service or sales environment.

Your core responsibilities center on keeping both clients and employees satisfied: maintaining client relationships, supporting your team's performance and well-being, and solving problems as they emerge. You'll need reliable transportation to visit client sites regularly and proficiency with MS Office. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday, 9am to 7pm, with Friday mornings 8am to 12pm, and the pay range is $24 to $27 per hour.
