Description

Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

About the role

You will be the dedicated Sales Operations partner to the Country and District Managers across Italy and Iberia. Your job is to help sales leaders run their business well: a clean forecast, a healthy pipeline, business reviews that lead to decisions, and follow-through so agreed actions actually happen.

You report to the Director, EMEA and LATAM Sales Operations and work alongside the regional Sales Operations Business Partners to turn regional priorities into consistent execution at country and district level.

What this role is, and is not

  • It is an internal, sales-leader-facing partner role. You work with managers and sellers, Finance, Deal Desk, Planning and HR
  • It is not a customer-facing or quota-carrying role
  • It is analysis plus execution. You will build the insight and then coordinate the actions that follow from it

What you will do

  • Partner with Country and District Managers on operational analysis, insight and execution support
  • Prepare and inspect the weekly forecast and pipeline, calling out material movements, risks and areas needing attention
  • Run the district business review cadence: KPI analysis, commentary, action capture and follow-up
  • Analyze pipeline coverage, conversion, linearity, seller productivity and territory and account performance to find gaps and opportunities
  • Contribute to annual and in-year GTM planning through territory, account, capacity and quota analysis
  • Coordinate the rollout and adoption of agreed GTM, organizational and process changes with Regional Sales Operations
  • Maintain high standards of CRM and forecast hygiene and resolve data-quality issues with the sales teams
  • Coordinate account-planning, win/loss and big-deal review cadences
  • Partner with Channel Operations, SE Operations, Renewals Operations, Finance, HR, Deal Desk and Planning to align priorities and dependencies

What you need (must-have)

  • 5+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Planning or business analytics, ideally in a multinational technology company
  • Experience partnering directly with sales managers and senior commercial stakeholders
  • Strong working knowledge of forecasting, pipeline management, territory and quota processes and sales performance management
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, able to turn complex data into clear recommendations
  • Proficiency with a CRM such as Salesforce and a BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and keep consistent follow-through with limited supervision
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the confidence to challenge constructively and present evidence to senior stakeholders
  • Business fluent in Italian and English

Nice to have

  • Experience with a forecasting tool such as Clari
  • Notions of Spanish or Portuguese
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related, or equivalent practical experience
  • Creative problem-solving in ambiguous situations

About this role

Pure Storage is seeking a Sales Operations Business Partner to support its Italy and Iberia markets during a period of significant growth—the company just closed its first billion-dollar quarter and is accelerating into the next fiscal year. You would be the operational backbone for Country and District Managers across these regions, responsible for maintaining forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and execution discipline. This means running weekly forecasts and business reviews, analyzing performance metrics to surface gaps and opportunities, and coordinating the rollout of go-to-market changes across the sales organization.

The role sits at the intersection of analysis and execution. You'll partner closely with sales leaders, finance, deal desk, and other operations teams to turn data into actionable insights and ensure agreed-upon actions actually get implemented. This is internal-facing work—you won't carry quota or manage customers, but you will need the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively with evidence-based recommendations. Success requires five or more years in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial planning (ideally at a multinational tech company), strong proficiency with Salesforce and a BI tool like Tableau or Power BI, and deep knowledge of forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.

You'll report to the Director of EMEA and LATAM Sales Operations and work hybrid from Milan. Business fluency in Italian and English is essential; familiarity with Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus. The role suits someone who thrives on managing competing priorities with minimal supervision, who can synthesize complex data into clear narratives, and who wants to directly influence how a high-growth sales organization operates.
