About this role
Druva is looking for a Channel Business Manager to own the strategic partnership with Softcat, one of the UK's largest IT resellers. You'll be responsible for driving pipeline generation and revenue growth through this critical channel, working to align both organizations around shared KPIs and execution milestones. The role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, demand generation, and relationship management—you'll enable Softcat's sales teams, co-develop solutions that address customer challenges, and coordinate campaigns that feed Druva's enterprise pipeline.
Success in this position requires deep expertise in cloud, SaaS, data protection, and enterprise infrastructure, combined with the ability to build trust across multiple levels of a large partner organization. You'll need 3–5 years of direct Softcat experience and at least 3 years in SaaS channel roles, with a proven track record of managing partnerships operationally and hitting bookings targets. Your network across UK channel partners, combined with strong communication skills and a competitive drive to unlock mutual value, will be essential to performing well.
This is a remote, full-time role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances strategic planning with tactical execution, and genuinely enjoys building and scaling partner relationships. You'll be measured on both what you deliver—partner-sourced bookings and clear execution of strategic plans—and how you deliver it, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and high partner satisfaction.
