The role sits at a pivotal moment: the product has established traction across Built's network of 350+ lenders and 80,000+ borrowers, but significant growth potential remains. You'll drive deeper customer understanding, strengthen product-market fit, and translate that insight into improvements that increase adoption and customer value.
Your day-to-day work spans the full product lifecycle. This is hands-on ownership with accountability for results.
The role calls for 4–7 years of B2B software product management experience, with a proven ability to ship products that simplify complex workflows and to lead customer discovery and concept testing.
