About this role

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Lead for Store Operations Leadership Training based in Pittsburgh. This role sits at the intersection of retail operations and people development, focused on building capability across the store leadership team. You would be responsible for designing, delivering, and overseeing training programs that equip store leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to drive operational excellence across AEO's multi-brand portfolio and geographically dispersed store network.

The ideal candidate brings experience in retail operations, training program development, or leadership development—ideally with exposure to multi-unit or multi-brand retail environments. You should be comfortable translating operational best practices into engaging learning experiences and have the ability to work cross-functionally with store teams, regional leadership, and other corporate functions. This is an in-office, full-time position that requires someone who can balance strategic thinking about capability building with hands-on execution and measurement of training effectiveness.
