About this role
Project Canary's Warehouse Associate role centers on keeping operations running smoothly across their climate tech hardware and logistics. You'll manage inventory cycles using NetSuite, coordinate shipments of sensors and equipment to field technicians, handle procurement of calibration gases and replacement parts, and maintain warehouse organization and safety standards. The position requires regular travel between the Longmont warehouse and Denver headquarters, so a valid driver's license is essential.
This role suits someone with hands-on warehouse experience who's comfortable with both the physical demands—standing for extended periods, lifting over 50 lbs, operating pallet jacks or forklifts—and the administrative side of inventory management systems. Attention to detail matters here, especially when handling hazardous materials like calibration gases and ensuring accurate shipment documentation. You'll work standard business hours Monday through Friday in a full-time, salaried capacity.
The compensation package includes a $60,000–$75,000 salary, comprehensive health benefits with employer coverage of 99% for individual plans, 401(k) matching with no vesting period, equity ownership opportunities, and notably generous time off: unlimited PTO, six sick days, eleven paid holidays, and up to twelve weeks of fully paid parental leave.
