About this role

Strive Health is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within their Patient Engagement or Patient Interventions portfolio. You'll own the day-to-day development and delivery of digital solutions designed to optimize clinical workflows, reduce administrative burden, and enhance patient and provider experiences—with a particular focus on AI-enabled automation and analytics. Working in a hybrid arrangement from Denver, you'll partner closely with engineers, clinicians, data scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic goals into scalable, high-impact products that move measurable KPIs in a value-based care environment.

This role demands someone comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity from complex problems. You'll serve as the voice of the customer, lead product discovery, define vision and success metrics alongside leadership, and drive an agile team to deliver outcomes. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence across the organization while maintaining focus on Strive's mission: transforming chronic conditions through earlier risk identification and coordinated care.

You'll need at least five years of product management experience and four years in either healthcare delivery or agile technology environments. Healthcare technology background—particularly in value-based care, population health, or digital health platforms—is strongly preferred, as is hands-on experience with clinical workflows, digital patient experience initiatives, and responsible AI deployment. The role includes in-person meetings with stakeholders and occasional travel across your region, supported by reliable internet connectivity and an active driver's license. Compensation ranges from $108,500 to $136,000, with performance-based bonuses, 401k matching, comprehensive benefits, and professional development support.
