Description

Who is Quantium?

Quantium is a world leader in data science and artificial intelligence. Established in Australia in 2002, Quantium is a global team of more than 1,200 people across 14 locations with a unique blend of capabilities across product and consulting services to help businesses unlock value from data and analytics. Quantium partners with the world's largest corporations to forge a better, more intelligent world.

Our US practice partners with some of North America's most iconic retailers and consumer goods companies, deploying cutting-edge data science and AI solutions that transform the way businesses understand and serve their customers.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing US team, based in Nashville, TN. This is a rare opportunity to be the first dedicated marketer on the ground in the US — shaping how Quantium shows up in the American market and directly fuelling our commercial growth ambitions across the retail and CPG landscape.

How will you make an impact?

  • Drive demand generation: Own and execute demand generation campaigns that build prospect pipelines across the CPG and retail landscape, converting awareness into qualified commercial opportunities
  • Deliver end-to-end events: Plan and execute high-impact industry events and activations — from major retail expos to sponsored experiences — attending and delivering on the ground
  • Localise global campaigns: Take globally developed campaign strategies and translate them into US-relevant executions, advising on the right channels, trade publications, and messaging for American CPG audiences
  • Support commercial growth: Work hand-in-glove with the US business development team to drive marketing activity that directly supports revenue targets and new client acquisition
  • Build Quantium's US presence: Establish a rhythm of campaign planning and execution that grows Quantium's brand recognition and consideration across the US market

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team

  • Commercial marketing orientation: Proven track record as an outward-facing, commercially driven marketer — with experience supporting business development and sales functions, not just brand or internal comms
  • Demand generation expertise: Hands-on experience designing and delivering demand generation programmes that identify and nurture prospect pipelines
  • Events and campaign execution: Demonstrated ability to plan and physically deliver events end-to-end, alongside broad campaign execution across PR, webinars, and content programmes
  • US market knowledge: Strong understanding of US-specific channels, trade publications, and CPG or retail audience preferences
  • Autonomy and self-sufficiency: Comfortable operating as the sole marketer in a region, working independently while collaborating closely with a remote HQ team across time zones
  • FMCG or CPG familiarity: Experience working in or alongside the CPG or FMCG sector is a strong advantage — particularly in a commercially driven, B2B context

Remember — you might not tick all the boxes, but don't let that stop you from applying. We're more interested in how you work, your drive to make things happen, and your ability to think big.

What could your Quantium experience look like?

Working at Quantium will allow you to challenge your imagination. You will get to solve complex problems using rigour, precision and by asking great questions — but it also means you can think big, outside the box and push your problem-solving skills to the max.

By joining the Quantium team, you'll get to:

  • Forge your path: So many of our team have moved around different teams or offices. You'll be in the driver's seat, and we empower you to make your career your own
  • Find your kind: Embrace diversity and connect with your tribe (think foodies, dog lovers, readers, or runners)
  • Make an impact: Leave your mark. Your contributions resonate, regardless of your role or rank

Benefits

On top of the Quantium experience, you will enjoy a range of great benefits. Some of these include:

  • Medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage: Comprehensive cover to support your health and wellbeing, and that of your family
  • Retirement 401(k) plan with 6% employer contribution: Plan for your future with a competitive employer contribution
  • Flexible work arrangements: Achieve work-life balance at your own pace with hybrid and flexible working
  • Global mobility: Option to work in another country for up to 30 calendar days per year — balancing your career with the freedom to work globally. Eligibility criteria apply
  • Wellbeing support: Access to Employee Assistance Programme resources to support your wellbeing

About this role

Quantium is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to establish its first dedicated marketing presence in the US market, based in Nashville with full remote flexibility. You'll own demand generation campaigns targeting the retail and CPG sectors, plan and execute industry events and activations, and localize global marketing strategies for American audiences. This role sits at the intersection of brand-building and direct commercial support—working closely with the US business development team to fuel pipeline growth and new client acquisition across major retailers and consumer goods companies.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on demand generation experience, a track record of supporting sales and business development functions, and proven ability to execute events and campaigns end-to-end. You'll need strong familiarity with US market dynamics, trade publications, and CPG or retail landscapes, along with the self-sufficiency to operate independently while collaborating with a remote headquarters team across time zones. Prior experience in or alongside the CPG/FMCG sector—particularly in B2B contexts—is a significant advantage, though the company values how you work and your drive to make things happen as much as checking every box.

Beyond the role itself, you'll join a global data science and AI firm with 1,200+ employees across 14 locations. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k) with 6% employer contribution; flexible work arrangements; and the option to work internationally for up to 30 days per year.
