About this role
Nimble Robotics is scaling its IT infrastructure to support a fast-growing, multi-site autonomous robotics and fulfillment operation, and this role is the hands-on generalist who keeps that operation running. You'll own the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, offboarding, and access management across all sites—while managing a mixed Linux, Windows, Apple, and Android environment. The work spans network configuration and troubleshooting, compliance support, scripting and automation, and direct technical support at facilities, with some travel to US sites for deployments and launches.
This is a fully on-site position that demands both depth and breadth. You need 4–6 years of IT department experience with proven hands-on Cisco IOS-XE networking skills (switching, routing, wireless), scripting capability in Bash, PowerShell, or Python, and working knowledge of firewalls. You should be comfortable with Linux, Windows, Apple, and Android environments and have run provisioning and deprovisioning workflows before. Compliance or audit experience is preferred but not required; what matters more is your ability to own processes end to end, document thoroughly, and solve problems independently.
This role suits someone who thrives in a high-intensity, fast-moving environment and wants to be part of a well-funded, mission-driven company with backing from major figures in AI and robotics. If you're self-directed, detail-oriented, and energized by scaling IT operations for a growing operation, this is worth a close look.
