About this role

FalconX is a digital assets prime brokerage platform serving institutional clients globally, and this role sits at the center of how the company onboards and manages compliance for those customers. As a Compliance Associate focused on onboarding, you'll own the end-to-end KYB/KYC process for corporate and institutional clients across US, EU, and APAC markets—conducting due diligence, running sanctions and adverse media screening, identifying beneficial owners in complex structures, and maintaining audit-ready documentation. You'll work directly with Account Management, Sales, and Partnerships teams to move customers through the pipeline efficiently while ensuring the firm meets both local regulatory requirements and internal standards.

The role calls for 4–8 years of hands-on compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or digital assets, with proven exposure to multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks. Practical familiarity with automated KYB/KYC platforms like Sumsub is highly valued. You'll need to balance speed with rigor—FalconX operates in a 24/7 industry and moves fast—while flagging complex cases to your Compliance Manager and identifying opportunities to streamline processes through technology and workflow improvements.

This position is based in Bangalore and requires in-office work. It suits someone who has built real expertise in institutional onboarding and corporate due diligence, understands the compliance landscape across multiple regions, and is energized by working at the intersection of traditional finance and crypto markets.
