About this role

Eos IT Solutions is seeking an experienced AV technician to take a leadership role in managing complex live events across the EMEA region. You'll operate at the L3 level, serving as the primary escalation point for AV issues while leading high-profile productions as Technical Director, Lead Video Engineer, or Technical Production Manager. The work spans video and audio mixing, camera operations, lighting, floor management, and troubleshooting of sophisticated AV systems—with responsibilities ranging from pre-production planning meetings through post-event space reset.

This role demands 3–5 years of hands-on live event experience and deep technical expertise in at least one AV domain (audio, video, lighting, or broadcast). You'll need proficiency in professional AV systems, signal routing, and platforms like Zoom, Webex, and MS Teams, plus familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk. A degree in Audio Engineering, Media Production, or related field is preferred. The position requires you to work independently with minimal supervision while mentoring junior technicians, managing equipment inventory, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate their event requirements into technical reality.

The role is based in Amsterdam and requires full-time, in-office presence. It suits someone who thrives under pressure, thinks proactively about problem-solving, and takes pride in flawless event execution at scale.
