About this role

Enova's NetCredit Business Unit is seeking someone to manage the full lifecycle of customer issues and remediation efforts within a heavily regulated financial services environment. In this role, you'd own end-to-end remediation planning and execution, conduct root cause investigations, perform quality control on issue documentation, and track compliance deadlines—all while collaborating across departments to balance business and regulatory needs. You'll also identify process improvements and support external audits, making this a position that requires both operational rigor and strategic thinking.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of project management experience executing complex initiatives with cross-functional teams, plus three to five years in business operations, internal audit, or operational risk within a regulated industry. You'll need hands-on familiarity with issue management, root cause analysis, and impact assessments, along with strong SQL and Excel skills. A background in engineering, business, finance, or a related field is expected, and experience with monitoring dashboards like Microstrategy or Grafana is a plus. This is a hybrid role based in Chicago (in-office Tuesday through Thursday) with a salary range of $75,000–$100,000 plus potential bonus.
