DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring an Integrated Security Solutions Technician in Austin, TX. In this position, you will be responsible for the service of Commercial Integrated Security Systems such as Electronic Access Control Systems, CCTV/Video Monitoring and Intrusion Alarm Systems.

What You'll Do
- Service systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems and more.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
- Provide customer training and handle on-site assessments for service needs.
- Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
- Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
- Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and part descriptions.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

About this role
D.H. Pace Company is looking for a Service Technician to maintain and repair commercial integrated security systems—access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, intercom, and related equipment—across the Austin area. You'll handle on-site troubleshooting and repairs, work with customers and vendors to ensure systems function properly, conduct training, and identify opportunities for service contracts. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, solid communication, and a commitment to customer service, along with a minimum of two years' experience with video surveillance and camera systems.
The position is contract-based and in-office, with a company truck provided after an initial training period, company-paid fuel, and tool and boot allowances. You'll receive paid training on D.H.
