About this role

Analytic Services Inc (ANSER) is seeking a senior-level management analyst to lead acquisition and procurement operations for the NAWCAD WOLF division, which provides command, control, and intelligence systems support to the military. The role centers on managing the full lifecycle of supply-related acquisitions—from initial planning through closeout—while translating complex technical requirements into formal acquisition documentation that meets DoD standards and constraints. You would own both the strategic direction of this work and day-to-day execution, overseeing a team responsible for document development, monitoring, and tracking across multiple projects.

This position requires either a master's degree and ten years of relevant experience (with at least three in DoD procurement), or a bachelor's degree plus fourteen years total in related fields. An active DoD Secret clearance is mandatory. The role is based in St. Inigoes, Maryland, and requires in-office work. It suits someone with substantial DoD acquisition background who can manage both technical complexity and organizational detail while leading others through a structured, standards-driven environment.
