About this role
Arrow Global's Compliance team is looking for someone to take meaningful ownership of their KYC and AML framework. You'd handle due diligence reviews for new and existing counterparties, assess complex ownership structures and beneficial ownership, conduct sanctions and PEP screening, and serve as the first point of contact for routine compliance queries across the business. The role sits within a small 6-person team, so you'd work with genuine autonomy on day-to-day matters while escalating material issues appropriately. You'd also quality-check work from junior Analysts, contribute to process improvements, and support compliance reporting and monitoring activities.
This role suits someone with proven KYC or AML experience, ideally from private funds, asset management or banking. You'll need solid grounding in regulatory frameworks like AMLD and FATF, practical experience conducting customer and enhanced due diligence, and familiarity with screening tools. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to interpret policy and provide clear guidance on routine matters are essential. A willingness to mentor colleagues and spot opportunities to improve processes—including through technology—would strengthen your fit.
The position is hybrid and based in London. While a professional qualification like ACAMS or ICA is desirable, it's not required; relevant experience carries more weight.
