About this role
Mountain Warehouse is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead Group Reporting and Treasury for a growing international retail business navigating significant change. You would own statutory reporting and audit across a multi-currency group, oversee consolidation of results from international operations and UK subsidiaries, and manage technical accounting judgements and policy. The role also encompasses day-to-day treasury and cash management, including FX contracts, liquidity optimisation, and covenant monitoring for banking partners.
This is a leadership position requiring you to manage two direct reports and guide a broader team of four while driving improvements in systems, processes and data quality across the Group function. You'll work closely with senior leadership, auditors and international finance teams, shaping the financial control environment during a period of transformation. The role demands a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience in group reporting and consolidation, plus prior exposure to cash and treasury. You'll need strong stakeholder credibility, a collaborative leadership approach, and the ability to drive change and capability building.
The position is hybrid, based in London with three days in the office and two working from home. Mountain Warehouse offers a competitive salary and benefits package including a 50% staff discount, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
