About this role
Aurora Energy Research's Software Solutions team is expanding its client-facing operations across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Central Europe, and this role sits at the intersection of product development, client success, and strategic growth. As Senior Client Solutions Analyst, you would be the bridge between Aurora's investment analytics platform and the energy companies and funds using it to make capital deployment decisions. Your days would involve hosting training workshops, conducting specialized analyses for client projects, translating complex market data into actionable insights, and feeding customer feedback directly into product roadmap decisions—work that demands both technical rigor and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders in the energy sector.
The role suits someone with one to two years of analytical experience in power markets or a related field, ideally with exposure to how investment decisions get made across multiple functions. You'll need strong fundamentals in engineering, economics, or business analysis, fluency in English at C1 level, and genuine confidence in client-facing situations. Dutch, German, or French language skills and direct experience in Central European or Benelux power markets would set you apart, though they're not required. What matters most is your ability to handle ambiguous problems with sound judgment, communicate complex information clearly, and maintain momentum toward goals in a collaborative environment.
This is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam with a competitive salary package that includes private medical insurance, pension, and flexible working arrangements. Aurora emphasizes learning and mentorship, offering direct exposure to how major energy players think about market evolution and investment strategy—valuable context if you're serious about understanding the energy transition from the inside.
