We’re looking for a Pediatric Dentist who loves connecting with children, building trust with families, and making exceptional care feel comfortable and fun.

Two Locations, One Big Heart
Our Cool Springs and Maryland Farms offices in Brentwood, Tennessee, combine thoughtful, conservative care with a welcoming, kid-friendly approach. We help children feel comfortable, celebrate their progress, and give parents the guidance they need to support healthy smiles.
As part of Specialty Dental Brands (SDB), you’ll also join a broader community of pediatric dentists, orthodontists, and oral surgeons, with resources and support to help you grow while staying connected to your local practice and patients.

About this role
Brentwood Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a pediatric dentist to join one of two locations in the Brentwood area on a part-time basis. The role centers on delivering preventive and restorative care to children while creating a welcoming environment that helps anxious patients feel comfortable and builds lasting relationships with families. You'll work alongside a collaborative team focused on making dental visits positive experiences, from initial exams through treatment and follow-up care.
The position requires a DDS or DMD with completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency, along with a Tennessee dental license or eligibility to obtain one. Beyond clinical credentials, the practice values practitioners who combine sound judgment with genuine compassion for children, strong communication skills with parents, and the creativity to help young patients feel at ease during their visits.
