About this role

Faropoint, a rapidly growing real estate fund manager specializing in last-mile industrial warehouses, is seeking an Analyst to support its Corporate Asset Management team in Hoboken. You'd work directly with the Director of Corporate Asset Management on the analytical backbone of portfolio operations—leasing analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly performance reporting. The role centers on data compilation, financial modeling, and reporting across Yardi platforms, with exposure to how institutional asset managers track and optimize large warehouse portfolios.

This is an ideal entry-point role for someone with an undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or a STEM field and one to three years of professional experience. You'll need strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, comfort with financial concepts, and the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities. Real estate or private equity background is valued but not required; what matters more is your technical aptitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn Yardi's ecosystem. Prior Yardi exposure is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven analysis tools.

The position offers a base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 plus discretionary bonus, comprehensive health benefits, unlimited PTO, and 401(k) matching. You'll gain direct mentorship from senior leadership and substantive exposure to how a major aggregator operates across its 500+ warehouse portfolio—valuable experience for anyone considering a career in real estate or asset management.
