About this role
Stage 1 Financial, operating under KKR's Private Markets platform, is seeking an Associate Fund Controller to manage core operations across its credit funds portfolio. You would handle capital calls and distributions, oversee revolving and NAV facility management, calculate management and transaction fees, and reconcile quarterly fund accounting across the Investran system. The role spans investor servicing, liquidity management, and portfolio operations—giving you exposure to the full lifecycle of fund administration in a fast-moving environment.
This position requires six or more years in fund accounting, fund operations, or private markets finance, plus a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA equivalent). You'll need strong Excel skills, familiarity with Investran, and the ability to navigate complex credit fund structures and legal documentation. The work demands precision, self-direction, and comfort with competing priorities; you'll also support external audits, build carried interest models, and drive process improvements across the team.
The role suits someone who combines technical accounting rigor with cross-functional collaboration—you'll work regularly with internal finance, IT, legal, and tax teams as well as external counsel and lenders. It's an in-office position in Dublin requiring flexibility to work beyond standard hours when needed. If you have solid fund operations experience and thrive in structured but dynamic settings, this offers meaningful scope to deepen your expertise in private credit.
