About this role
CFC's BRM platform needs someone who can own its day-to-day health and evolution. As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'd be the hands-on technical lead translating business requirements into secure, scalable solutions across Financial Services Cloud—managing environments, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering changes from design through production support. You'd work closely with the BRM Technical Lead, Product Owner, and cross-functional teams to reduce reliance on external suppliers and embed platform knowledge internally.
This role demands strong Salesforce administration and configuration skills, particularly around security, permissions and declarative automation like Flow and validation rules. You'll need proven experience managing sandboxes and deployments across the full development lifecycle, plus troubleshooting capability across configuration, data, automation and integrations. Familiarity with source control, CI/CD and deployment tooling (Azure DevOps and Gearset experience is a plus) is expected, and knowledge of Financial Services Cloud or a regulated environment would set you apart. A Salesforce Administrator certification is required or achievable within an agreed timeframe.
The hybrid London role suits someone ready to take ownership of a complex production platform and champion engineering discipline—clear documentation, reusable solutions, and governed release processes. If you thrive translating technical depth into business outcomes and want to build platform capability from the inside, this is a substantial opportunity.
