As Senior Campaigns Manager (all genders), you turn campaign strategy into reality by building integrated, full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns, working closely with stakeholders and channel owners across the marketing organization. You'll nail down targeting criteria and messaging that resonates with your audience, monitor campaign performance and budgets and communicate progress and results to stakeholders and leadership. You'll drive the campaign project plan, keep all contributors and stakeholders on the same page, and problem-solve when challenges arise.
This role is ideal for a seasoned campaigns professional who wants to make an impact in a growth company and is dedicated to delivering global campaigns that drive results. We look for people who want to keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.
What you'll do

- Build and own the project plan and coordinate experts across social, content, paid, email and webinars
- Maintain standard operating procedures, naming conventions, and reusable campaign templates across the team
- Review campaign elements including messaging, design, ads and emails for quality and brand alignment. Use tools like Jasper to repurpose content across channels.
- Establish and track KPIs using Dreamdata and Lightdash to flag cycle-time bottlenecks and SLA slips
- Provide inputs for the bi-weekly leadership report on new logo pipeline and campaign performance
- Analyze campaign data and turn results into learnings and recommendations for the next cycle
What you bring

- Strong project management experience. You are comfortable owning a plan with many moving parts and multiple stakeholders and contributors
- Experience using PM tools like Teamwork or equivalent
- Proactive risk-flagging habits and a continuous-improvement approach to campaign execution
- Process-oriented, detail-obsessed mindset
- Great cross-functional collaborator
- Reliable execution under multiple concurrent deadlines
- Experience with Dreamdata, Lightdash, or equivalent marketing analytics platform
- Bring your own creativity to deliver campaigns that resonate with your target audience

About this role
Lucanet, a PE-backed SaaS platform serving finance and tax teams globally, is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to lead integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns from strategy through execution. You'll own the full project lifecycle—building campaign briefs, coordinating across social, content, paid, email, and webinar teams, and managing timelines and budgets. The role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, as you'll work closely with stakeholders, flag risks proactively, and keep diverse contributors aligned on complex, concurrent initiatives.
This position suits someone with proven hands-on experience running B2B SaaS demand generation and new logo campaigns across multiple markets. You'll need solid project management skills, comfort with tools like Teamwork, and the ability to analyze performance data using platforms like Dreamdata and Lightdash to extract actionable insights. A detail-oriented, process-minded approach and the creativity to develop resonant messaging are essential—as is the reliability to execute under pressure.
Note: This is a volunteer role based in the Netherlands and requires in-office presence. Lucanet offers flexible working arrangements, learning and development support, generous leave, and health and wellbeing programs, though compensation details are not specified for this volunteer position.
