About this role

Neo4j's Graph Data Science platform needs engineers who can work across the full stack—from cloud infrastructure and backend services to client-facing tools. In this London-based role, you'd contribute to making graph analytics accessible and performant for a global customer base, with hands-on work spanning Java, Go, and Python. Your focus would be on three key areas: building observability and telemetry so users understand platform health, optimizing data pipelines for seamless ingestion between on-premise and cloud environments, and improving the developer experience through better client interfaces and integrations.

The role suits someone with a foundation in systems thinking—whether that's a Computer Science degree or three-plus years as a software engineer—who's comfortable learning across multiple languages and interested in Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure. You'd be working on real problems for Fortune 100 companies, from fraud detection to knowledge graphs, and collaborating with engineers across Neo4j's platform to ensure your work integrates smoothly. The team values creativity and self-direction, and you'd have room to explore research-backed solutions to customer challenges.
