About this role
Jump Trading's Trading Infrastructure team is seeking someone to own the logistics and procurement operations that keep their global technology deployments moving. You'll manage the complete cycle—from vendor management and purchase orders through customs compliance, receiving, and inventory tracking—across international borders and multiple locations. This role sits at the intersection of operational rigor and business enablement; the work directly supports the firm's infrastructure scaling and trading operations.
The ideal candidate brings at least five years in technology logistics and procurement, with demonstrated expertise in US and international customs requirements. You'll need strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and standard office tools, and the ability to navigate complex vendor relationships while maintaining cost discipline and delivery standards. Experience with IT procurement and automation tools is valued, as is the self-starter mentality to anticipate needs—like proactively maintaining inventory based on usage patterns—rather than simply reacting to requests.
This is an in-office role in London suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and can work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external shipping coordinators. Jump's benefits package includes private medical, dental and vision coverage, travel insurance, pension scheme, and paid parental leave.
