To strengthen our Food & Beverage team, we are seeking a part-time Breakfast Service Associate (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible or by mutual agreement
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in food & beverage service is desirable, ideally with a completed qualification in hotel management or hospitality
- A guest-focused mindset and passion for delivering excellent service
- A confident, professional, and positive demeanor
- Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
Your responsibilities:
- Preparing, setting up, and maintaining the breakfast area
- Providing a warm welcome and attentive service to our guests
- Ensuring an attractive and well-stocked breakfast buffet
- Supporting a smooth and efficient breakfast service operation
- Preparation, execution, and on-site support of meetings, conferences, and events
- Maintaining our high standards of quality, hygiene, and guest service
- Handling guest requests and complaints professionally and courteously

About this role
The Ritz-Carlton's Sindelfingen property is looking for a part-time Breakfast Service Associate to join its Food & Beverage team. You'd be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast area, welcoming guests with attentive service, keeping the buffet well-stocked and attractive, and supporting the broader breakfast operation. The role also includes assisting with meetings, conferences, and events as needed, all while upholding the hotel's standards for quality, hygiene, and guest interaction.
Prior experience in food and beverage service is desirable, particularly if you hold a hospitality or hotel management qualification.
