Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of communication, change management, marketing, digital and social media trends and their application to client solutions.
- Professional presence and strong written, web and oral communication skills, with creativity and technical aptitude.
- Ability to manage priorities, own defined workstreams, exercise judgement within guardrails and seek guidance when requirements or risks are unclear.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, analytical, interpersonal and teamwork skills, including the ability to leverage related practices.
- Ability to analyze data, test assumptions, distinguish evidence from inference and translate insights into audience-specific recommendations.
- Understanding of agile principles and design thinking.
- Practical AI literacy, including prompt and context design, source-grounded research, iterative testing, fact and citation validation, bias awareness and responsible use of approved tools.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship
- Progress towards a Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, communications, journalism, business, or a related field with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.

Compensation and Benefits: Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation: The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $73,000 - $74,500 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

Acturhire is hiring an Early Careers Employee Experience Analyst to join their Arlington office on a full-time basis. You'd work in-office and support the firm's employee experience initiatives, drawing on knowledge of communication, change management, and digital trends to shape internal and client-facing solutions. The role requires you to manage defined workstreams independently while knowing when to escalate, combining project management with analytical rigor—testing assumptions, validating evidence, and translating data into actionable recommendations for different audiences.
This is an entry-level position suited for recent graduates or those finishing a bachelor's degree in liberal arts, communications, journalism, business, or a related field (minimum 3.0 GPA, graduating between May 2026 and June 2027). You'll need strong written and oral communication skills, familiarity with agile and design thinking approaches, and practical AI literacy including responsible tool use and bias awareness. Problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize across competing demands are essential. Travel as needed is expected, and you must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
