You'd work in-office in a full-time role focused on how the company communicates with and supports its people and clients through change initiatives, digital channels, and emerging tools. The position sits at the intersection of internal communications, project management, and analytical problem-solving—you'd own defined workstreams, translate data into actionable recommendations, and apply design thinking and AI literacy to real business challenges.

The role expects strong foundational skills in written and verbal communication, project management, and interpersonal collaboration, paired with comfort analyzing information, testing assumptions, and knowing when to escalate. You should have a working understanding of agile principles, change management, and how digital and social media trends apply to organizational solutions. Practical experience or demonstrated knowledge of responsible AI use—including prompt design, fact-checking, and bias awareness—is required. A bachelor's degree in liberal arts, communications, journalism, business, or a related field with a 3.0+ GPA is the baseline; you'll need to be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and available to travel as needed.

The salary range is $73,000–$74,500 annually, with eligibility for a short-term incentive bonus. WTW offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid time off, and wellness resources.
