About this role
You'd be supporting the sales team at a luxury property in Amritsar, handling a mix of business development and operational sales work. The role involves building relationships with corporate clients and event planners through sales calls, site visits, and community engagement, while also managing the administrative side—proposals, contracts, and handoffs to the events team. You'll work toward personal revenue targets and help identify new booking opportunities by understanding market conditions and the property's key customer segments.
This position suits someone with a foundation in hospitality, marketing, or business—either a two-year degree with two years of sales experience, or a four-year degree with willingness to learn on the job. You'll need comfort with relationship-building in a professional setting, attention to detail on contracts and proposals, and the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external sales channels. The work is entirely in-office and full-time, centered on turning leads into booked events and maintaining the service standards Ritz-Carlton is known for.
