About this role

The United Firm's Los Angeles office seeks an experienced bilingual receptionist ready to build a career in law. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing a busy front desk that includes phone screening, scheduling, mail distribution, and coordination with department managers. The role demands someone comfortable in a fast-paced environment who can handle multiple priorities—from maintaining the reception area to updating calendars and managing office supplies—while maintaining professional composure and a service-oriented mindset.

To succeed here, you'll need at least one year of legal industry experience, full English-Spanish proficiency, and comfort with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and ideally CLIO case management software. The position requires weekend availability and reports directly to the Office Manager. The firm offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, complimentary parking, and catered lunches, with salary at $18–19 per hour.

This role suits someone looking to develop professionally within a legal setting rather than a temporary front-desk position. If you have legal office experience, bilingual skills, and genuine interest in learning the practice, this could be a solid entry point into the industry.
