About this role

Acturhire is recruiting interns for Willis Towers Watson's Corporate Risk and Broking division, a role designed for students entering their senior year in Fall 2027. You'll work in a hybrid environment based in Dallas, splitting time between remote work and in-office collaboration (typically three days per week), gaining exposure to risk management and broking operations across a global organization.

The internship suits analytically minded students with strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, solid communication abilities, and a background in risk management, finance, business, accounting, or related fields. You'll need a 3.0 GPA minimum, legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship, and the ability to manage competing priorities while learning quickly in a professional setting. The role pays $31–$34 per hour with overtime eligibility and includes access to WTW's retirement and savings plans.

This is a structured early-career program aimed at students exploring risk and broking as a career path. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in how organizations prepare for uncertainty, this internship offers practical experience within a major global professional services firm.
