About this role
Linqia's Influencer Marketing Campaign Associate role sits at the center of campaign delivery for major brands like Danone, Unilever, and Walmart. You'd manage the full lifecycle of influencer marketing programs—from initial strategy and content ideation through execution, influencer coordination, and performance analysis. This means juggling client expectations, internal team alignment, and influencer partnerships while staying organized across campaign calendars, creative briefs, and reporting.
The role demands someone with one to four years of marketing or account management experience who understands digital and social media advertising. You'll need strong project management skills, the ability to troubleshoot creatively under pressure, and genuine enthusiasm for influencer marketing as a channel. The position reports to the Director of Operations and requires you to be in the downtown San Francisco office at least three days per week.
This is a good fit if you're comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup, enjoy direct client interaction, and want hands-on experience across strategy, operations, and analytics. You'll need a four-year degree and should already be based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area.
