Description
Company Overview:
Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy built on a simple conviction: medicine should fit the patient, not the other way around. We started Strive because we believed the pharmaceutical industry was overdue for a more human approach—one that prioritizes individualized care, clinical nuance, and genuine partnership with patients and providers.
Compounding gives us the tools to do that. Every formulation we prepare is built to the specific needs of a specific person, and every interaction we have is guided by that same commitment to personalized care.
We're growing, and we're looking for people who share that conviction. If you're ready to be part of a pharmacy that takes the work seriously and the people even more seriously, we'd like to meet you.
Mission:
Strive exists to disrupt an industry long overdue for a more personal approach to care. We put the human element at the center of everything: every formulation, every patient interaction, every provider partnership. We're not just a compounding pharmacy. We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.

About this role
Strive Compounding Pharmacy is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to shepherd new provider clinics through their initial setup and integration with the pharmacy. You'll manage the entire onboarding workflow—from delivering clear instructions and collecting feedback to creating provider accounts, routing inquiries, and maintaining detailed records in HubSpot. The role bridges customer-facing support and internal operations, requiring you to escalate issues appropriately and collaborate across Customer Success and Customer Experience teams while upholding strict HIPAA compliance and data security standards.
This position calls for someone with 1–2 years of customer service or onboarding experience and a pharmacy technician trainee license in Arizona. You'll need strong communication and organizational skills, comfort with CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot), and familiarity with Life File or willingness to learn it. The work is entirely onsite in Mesa and involves regular computer use, sitting, and standing, with occasional lifting. The role suits detail-oriented people who can work both independently and as part of a team, adapt to evolving processes, and think critically about how to improve the customer experience.
Strive offers a full benefits package including employer-paid health coverage from day one, paid time off, sick time, 401(k) matching, parental leave, and vision and dental coverage. The salary range is $48,000–$52,000 annually. If you're drawn to healthcare work that prioritizes personalized patient care and want to join a growing pharmacy with a mission-driven culture, this could be a solid fit.
