About this role
SHEIN's marketplace operates through a network of US sellers, and this role focuses on building and scaling those partnerships from the ground up. As a Senior Seller Success Specialist II, you'd manage relationships with early-stage sellers, helping them optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and overall marketplace performance. The work combines account management with data analysis—you'll use internal dashboards to identify growth opportunities, then work directly with sellers to implement improvements in areas like marketing execution, cost structure alignment, and customer satisfaction metrics.
The position requires someone with 5–8+ years of account management experience, ideally in e-commerce or marketplace settings, who is comfortable moving between detailed analytical work and cross-functional coordination. You'll spend significant time on pricing conversations, helping sellers understand margin structures and market competitiveness, while also liaising with operations, product, marketing, and finance teams on larger initiatives. Strong Excel skills and the ability to mentor junior team members are expected; a background in business or marketing is preferred but not required.
This is an in-office role in Los Angeles with a salary range of $76,708–$119,262, bonus eligibility, and standard benefits including healthcare, 401(k) matching, and perks like free catered lunch and gym access. The environment is described as dynamic and fast-paced, with an expectation that you'll navigate ambiguity while driving measurable seller growth.
