About this role

Linqia's Program Manager role sits at the center of influencer marketing campaign execution, bridging strategy and delivery for major brand clients like Albertsons and Danone. You'd own the full lifecycle of complex projects—from planning through creative routing and implementation—while leading cross-functional teams and keeping stakeholders aligned through regular communication and detailed tracking. The work demands strong organizational skills, comfort with tools like Asana and Excel, and the ability to anticipate risks and solve problems before they derail timelines.

This is fundamentally a people and process role. You'll spend significant time facilitating handoffs between teams, gathering feedback from clients and influencers, conducting post-mortems to drive improvement, and building consensus across functions. Success requires confidence in leading meetings, clear written and verbal communication, and genuine relationship-building skills—you're as much a connector and advocate as you are a project tracker. The position suits someone with at least four years in account or project management (agency experience preferred) who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and can juggle multiple programs without losing sight of individual details or client needs.
