About this role

Comstock Companies is seeking a Location Auditor to conduct field inspections across its ParkX-managed parking, security, and janitorial operations in the Reston area. Working remotely-based but traveling to assigned sites in a company vehicle, you'll serve as the operational quality control function—auditing staffing compliance, equipment performance, cleanliness standards, and safety conditions across multiple locations. The role involves hands-on inspections, basic equipment troubleshooting, documentation, and direct communication with field personnel and management to flag service gaps before they escalate into larger problems.

This position suits someone with strong observational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working independently in the field. Prior experience in customer service, operations, parking, security, or field inspection is preferred but not required; what matters most is your credibility, integrity, and commitment to thorough documentation and problem-solving.

The role offers a $60,000–$65,000 salary with bonus potential, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, life insurance, housing discounts, commuter benefits, free parking, and professional development funds. You should be prepared for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
