About this role
Linqia, an AI-powered influencer marketing agency working with major brands like Albertsons and Danone, is seeking a senior recruiter to build out its Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams. This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you'll own the entire hiring process—from sourcing and prospecting through closing—while collaborating with hiring managers to understand team needs and drive recruitment strategy. You'll need to bring creativity and tenacity to attract competitive talent, then deliver a candidate experience strong enough that people want to recommend the company even if they don't land the job.
The ideal candidate has at least seven years of recruiting experience, with proven success in full-cycle recruiting and a background placing talent in sales, marketing, customer success, and operations roles. You should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment, thinking strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to close candidates. A metrics-driven mindset is essential—you'll analyze hiring funnel data to continuously improve the process and report results across the organization.
This is an in-office position requiring you to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and commute to the office three times per week. The role suits someone who thrives on data, organization, and building pipelines with discipline, and who genuinely enjoys working in a startup culture that values intelligence, accountability, and having fun while playing to win.
