MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Artesia Apartments, located in Everett, WA!
This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!
Qualifications
- Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
- Supervisory/management experience a must!
- Yardi experience preferred.
- Team building and effective management skills a must!
- Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
- As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
Compensation and Benefits
- $83,000-$85,000 annually DOE
- Monthly and Performance based incentive bonuses

MG Properties, a three-decade-old apartment management firm across the Western US, is looking for an experienced Community Manager to lead Artesia Apartments in Everett, Washington. You'll own the full operational scope of the property—building and training your management team, driving marketing and leasing efforts, managing the budget, and handling day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that demands someone comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate brings recent, direct experience managing apartment communities and has proven supervisory or management credentials. You'll need demonstrated competency across operations, marketing, budgets, and sales. Yardi software experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required, and you should be prepared for the possibility of audio recordings during work.
The position offers a salary of $83,000–$85,000 annually (depending on experience), plus performance and monthly incentive bonuses, company profit sharing, and a solid benefits package including 401(k) with employer match, medical/dental/vision coverage, 10 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, 2 personal days, and 52 hours of sick time. This is a full-time, in-office role in Everett.
