About this role

Berlin City Kia in Williston is looking for experienced automotive technicians to join a growing service team. You'll handle routine and diagnostic repairs across multiple vehicle systems—engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and more—working to company standards while conducting road tests, documenting repairs thoroughly, and communicating with the service manager about any deviations from the original work order. The role requires at least two years of hands-on technician experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

The compensation structure is competitive: flat-rate pay ranging from $28.00 to $52.50 per hour depending on your experience and certifications, plus a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates. Berlin City offers paid ongoing certification to support your technical growth, a monthly tool allowance, relocation assistance for the right fit, and flexible scheduling with PTO that accrues from day one. The benefits package covers medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with employer contribution, and up to $75 monthly for fitness and wellness reimbursement.

This is a full-time, in-office position at a family-owned dealership group with locations across Maine and Vermont. The company emphasizes a collaborative team environment and values quality work, reliability, and continuous learning as technology evolves.
