About this role
Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a diesel mechanic to join its Barnesville operation, where you'll diagnose and repair a diverse fleet including diesel engines, centrifugal pumps, generators, fusion equipment, and heavy machinery. The role splits time between the shop and field service at customer sites, with responsibilities ranging from preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to parts ordering and equipment inspections. You'll also participate in on-call rotations to support emergency repairs and help train other employees on proper equipment operation.
The ideal candidate has one to three years of diesel engine repair experience and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, ideally with background in field service or construction equipment. Familiarity with specific brands—Caterpillar, John Deere, Pioneer, Godwin, or Cornell equipment—is preferred but not required. You'll need a valid driver's license with a clean record, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety compliance.
Keystone offers standard benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, a 401k match, and professional development opportunities. The position is full-time and based in-office in Barnesville, Ohio.
