About this role

Worthington Enterprises, a publicly traded manufacturer with a portfolio of recognized consumer and building product brands, is seeking a Director of Engineering & Quality for its Columbus headquarters. This role sits at a senior level within an organization that spans two major business segments—from cooking and heating solutions to outdoor living and tools—and operates across North America and Europe with roughly 6,000 employees.

The position requires leadership experience in engineering and quality functions, with the ability to drive standards and innovation across a diverse product portfolio. You would be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and engineering strategy in a company built on a people-first philosophy, where cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement are valued. This is an in-office role, so you'll be based full-time in Columbus.

If you have substantial experience leading engineering or quality teams in manufacturing, understand the demands of managing multiple product lines, and are energized by working within an established company that balances shareholder returns with employee development, this director-level opportunity may be worth exploring.
