About this role

Cottleville Animal Hospital is looking for a receptionist to manage front-desk operations in a busy veterinary practice. You'll handle client check-ins, multi-line phone systems, appointment scheduling, payment processing, and data entry in their practice management software. The role requires composure when working with anxious or distressed pet owners and the ability to communicate clearly with clinical staff to keep operations running smoothly.
