Qualifications:
- Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)

Compensation is structured at $45 per completed evaluation and $30 per follow-up visit, allowing you to directly influence your earnings based on your caseload.
